In February 2011 Source; Frank Byrnes (b1918) at time of funeral of his sister Sarah, confirmed they had not married. He added they were also First Cousins. A dispensation from the Catholic church would be required: first cousin relationship is 4th degree of cosanguinity and contemporary parish records do indicate dispensations were granted. Elizabeth died 30 Nov 1907. On to 24 January1908 her husband (Peter) died; thus was a "widower" on his Death Certificate Marriage Status: Never Married
